- add functionality to model creator to run in a specified cwd - pass modeldir as cwd from getsuper to madx model creation this fixes the issue that when getsuper is calles, and additional models have to be created, they are run in an arbitrary cwd

this fixes the issue that when getsuper is calles, and additional models have to be created, they are run in an arbitrary cwd
Needs some tests. I undraft it as soon as they are done.
